1/2 cup Fresh coconut
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)

To begin making the Raw Banana Dosa formula, make the dosa mixture ready by following the formula link.Pressure prepare the raw banana with moisture and turmeric dusting masala condiment for about 4 whistles until it becomes soft, remove the skin and chop them into small pieces.Grind the raw banana along with coconut by adding little moisture to a seamless paste.introduce the paste to the dosa mixture and toss together well.Check the table salt levels and adjust to suit your savor.toasty a skillet on high toasty; transfer a ladleful of mixture in the center and hold the ladle and spread the mixture to form an uttapam.splash about a teaspoon of fat around the edges and towards the insides.prepare the dosa on both sides, until you noticed it has browned a little and has slightly brittle edges.To make it extra brittle, prepare the dosa on a medium toasty and preferably on an iron skillet.
