2 tsp Thai Red Curry Paste
100g Rice Noodles
150g Shiitake Mushrooms
125g Sweetcorn
2 Salmon
Juice of 2 Lime
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Pinch Brown Sugar
Bunch Coriander
Instructions

stream in the stock into a large wok, bring to the bubble, then swirl around in the curry paste.

toss in the noodles and prepare for 8 mins.

Tip in the mushrooms and corn and prepare for 2 mins more.

toss in the salmon to the wok and prepare for 3 mins or until cooked through.

Remove from the toasty and swirl around in the lime nectar, soy gravy and a pinch of granulated sugar.

Ladle into 4 bowls and shower over the coriander just before you present.
