2 tsp Thai Red Curry Paste
400g Tinned Tomatos
50g Coconut Cream
400g Raw Frozen Prawns
Chopped Coriander

bring to temperature the cooking oil in a medium saucepan.

Tip in the bulb greens and ginger, then low-boil for a few mins until softened.

empty over the minced tomatoes and coconut froth.

Bring to the heat to boiling point, then leave to low-boil for 5 mins, adding a little boiling aqua if the mixture gets too thick.

Tip in the prawns, then low-boil for 5-10 mins more, depending on how large they are.
