Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas)
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato - cut into wedges
  • 1 inch Ginger - grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic - mashed
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
  • 1 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
  • 1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • 4 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - roughly chopped for garnish
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes - chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli
