Keep aside.In a mixer grinder, mix in garlic, onions, ginger, chillies, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick and made and grind it to a seamless paste.

Keep aside. bring to temperature fat in a wok on medium bring to temperature; mix in in the bay leaf and saute for about 10 seconds.After 10 seconds, mix in in the onions garlic and perfumed element paste and saute for 2 to 3 moments.mix in the turmeric dusting perfumed element, red chilli dusting perfumed element, coriander dusting perfumed element and agitate everything well.

It will take about 2 to 3 moments over medium bring to temperature for the tomato to prepare.

Check the table salt and allow the masala to be thick.Once done, mix in the roasted bhindi into the masala reduction.

Check the table salt and turn the bring to temperature to high and prepare for another minute so that the bhindi gets coated well with the masala.After a couple of moments, mix in the crushed kasuri methi and turn off the bring to temperature.top the Bhindi Masala reduction with diced coriander leaves and enjoy fiery.enjoy Bhindi Masala reduction along with Paneer Biryani, Jackfruit Biryani or any Biryani of your choice for a vegetarian lunch or dinner.
