Ingredients

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoons whole pepper
  • 2 tablespoons celery
  • 2 tablespoons cumin seeds
  • 6 cardamom
  • 1 large cardamom
  • 3 mace
  • 3 stone flowers
  • 3 star anis
  • 1/4 small Spoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 2 inch Cinnamon
  • 5 Long

Instructions

To make Biryani Masala ground mix method, firstly put coriander seeds, whole black pepper in a skillet and arid-fry it well for 10 to 15 seconds.

Now transfer in cumin, long, cinnamon and arid-fry it for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, transfer in bay leaves, celery, cardamom, big cardamom, mace, stone flower, star anise, nutmeg ground mix and oven-cook it for 1 minute.

Turn off the gas and allow this mixture to cool.

After it cools down, put it in a mixer grinder and grind it into a ground mix.

Use Biryani Masala ground mix method to make Gobi Biryani or Chicken Biryani.

You can present this biryani with raita of your choice.
