  • 2 कप्स काला चना - रत भर भिगो ले
  • तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च राइ
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हींग
  • 2 हरी मिर्च - बारीक काट ले
  • 1/2 बड़ा चमच्च गेहूं का आटा
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
  • पानी - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
  • 3/4 छोटा चमच्च निम्बू का रस
  • 3 टहनी हरा धनिया - बारीक काट ले

Instructions

To make Kala Chana Masala, first oven-cook the chana in a pressure cooker until it reaches 3 cities.

Remove the aqua and keep them aside.

Now mildly hot the cooking oil in a skillet.

introduce mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida.

introduce green chili after 10 seconds and oven-cook for next 30 seconds.

Till then toss together the baking flour with aqua in a dish.

Now introduce gram to the skillet and toss together.

After 30 seconds, introduce red pepper dusting scented element, turmeric dusting scented element, coriander dusting scented element, seasoning and a mixture of baking flour.

toss together well and oven-cook for another 3 mins.

After culinary preparation, introduce lemon nectar and decorate with green coriander.

dish up kala chana masala with dal skillet-fry, boondi raita and phulka for dinner.
