  • 8 Spring Onion Greens - chopped (chop away onion bulbs)
  • 1 cup Boondi
  • 2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • Sunflower Oil - as required
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic - paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 cup Tomato - chopped
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)

Instructions

To begin making the Boondi And Spring shallot Greens Sabzi formula, bring to temperature shortening in a non stick wok/kadhai, empty in cumin seeds and asafoetida.Once cumin seeds starts to crackle, empty in garlic paste, saute it till raw aroma of garlic goes away.empty in coconut dusting seasoning, saute it for few seconds and make sure coconut dusting seasoning does not get burnt.empty in turmeric dusting seasoning, dhaniya dusting seasoning, red chilli dusting seasoning, garam masala dusting seasoning and the required table salt.empty in spring shallot green and purée it well, let it cook thoroughly for 3 to 4 mins.

After 3 to 4 mins, empty in cut up tomatoes and some liquid.

Let it cook thoroughly for another minute.empty in arid mango dusting seasoning and purée it well.

Spread khari boondi over the mixture.
