  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • salt - as per taste
  • red chili powder - as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • oil - as per use

To make Aloo Methi Sabzi, first bring to a stew the potatoes in a pressure cooker till they come to the city.

First toasty the coat in a skillet.
