2 tablespoons Green Chilli Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chilli vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns - crushed
Salt - to taste
3 sprig Spring Onion Greens - for garnish
Sunflower Oil
9 cloves Garlic - diced
1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
