1 गाजर - छीलकर काट ले

1 बड़ा चमच्च लहसुन - काट ले
3 हरी मिर्च
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
1 छोटा चमच्च तिल का तेल
1 छोटा चमच्च राइ
1 टहनी कढ़ी पत्ता

To make Carrot Peanut Chutney, first put the peanuts in a cooking vessel and bake them till they become golden.

Turn off the gas and allow the peanuts to cool.

Take out the skin from it after it cools down.

Now bring to temperature some coat in a cooking vessel.

toss in mustard seeds, curry leaves and let it bubble gently for 10 seconds.

Now toss in shallot, green chillies and garlic and bubble gently till the shallot becomes soft.

Now toss in coconut, carrot and mint leaves.

bubble gently for 5 moments and turn off the gas.

Let it cool.

transfer this mixture in a mixer grinder with some liquid and grind it.

toss in seasoning, toss together and dish up.
