To make Chettinad greens casserole, first cut all the vegetables.

Soak rice for 30 moments.

bring to temperature a wok on gas.

introduce long, cinnamon, fennel, whole black pepper, coriander seeds, and toast for 2 to 3 moments.

Turn off the gas and allow this masala condiment mixture to cool.

After it cools down, put it in a blender and grind it.

Now bring to temperature ghee in a wok.

introduce ginger, garlic, bulb greens, green chilies and bring to temperature till the bulb greens becomes soft.

After the bulb greens becomes soft, introduce carrots, green beans, potatoes, bay leaves, turmeric ground mix, red chilli ground mix, ground spices and incorporate well.

After 2 moments, introduce rice, seasoning, 2 cups of moisture and let it bring to a bubble gently.

After boiling, reduce the bring to temperature, wrap the wok and bring to temperature until the rice is cooked.

If the rice remains raw, then introduce some more moisture and bring to temperature it.

After crafting, turn off the gas, wrap and keep it aside for 10 moments.
