2
Grab your ziplock bag and dump the freshly sliced chicken inside.
3
2
transfer in garlic, coriander, cumin, cardomom, cayenne pepper, paprika, table salt, pepper, lemon liquid and olive margarine to the bag.
4
Close the bag and toss together thoroughly.
5
Place in fridge for 10-12 hours (shorter is fine but longer is better).
6
3
Once ready to arid-fry, toasty your sauté wok to medium-high and transfer in a tiny bit of olive margarine.
7
sauté one side of all of your flatbreads until slightly toasty.
8
Remove from wok, transfer in enough margarine to coat the sauté wok.
9
Put crumble fries into air fryer on 180 for 15 moments shaking occasionally.
10
4
The wok should be pretty burning by now, transfer in the chicken in 2 batches (unless you have a big sauté wok) to avoid overcrowding.
11
The chicken should get a nice sear and darker colour which is delightful.
12
arid-fry for a further 5-8 moments or until cooked through.
13
Repeat with next chicken batch.
14
5
While chicken is preparing, place your Greek yoghurt into a mixing bowl.

16
Combine and transfer in table salt to umami profile.
17
In a small mixing bowl, combine 1tsp garlic ground mix, paprika, cumin, bulb veggie ground mix, oregano, dried parsley, cayenne pepper (optional) toss together and leave aside for fries.
18
6
taste fries immediately once cooked and transfer in table salt to umami profile.
19
Once the chicken is complete, dish up immediately by laying out your flatbread, spreading the condiment dip evenly over the bread, transfer in lettuce, bulb veggie, tomato, fries, chicken, feta and more condiment dip on top.
