Ingredients
1 cup Kabuli Channa - Soak it overnight and then boil it

2 teaspoons chana masala powder
2 teaspoons red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon Spoon cumin powder
2 teaspoon Amchoor powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon Coriander powder
salt - as per taste

To make Chole Masala, first of all, prepare Kabuli Chana in a pressure cooker till 3 years.

Take liquid out of it and keep it aside.

Now burning up cooking oil in a wok and toss in cumin seeds.

After 10 seconds, toss in ginger to it and prepare for 30 seconds.

Now toss in chola masala, red chilli dusting scented element, mango dusting scented element, turmeric dusting scented element, coriander dusting scented element, cumin dusting scented element and seasoning.

prepare for 1 to 2 moments and then toss in the cooked gram.

incorporate well and prepare for another minute.

Turn off the gas and accentuate with green coriander.

offer Chole Masala with Puri and Tomato shallot Cucumber Raita.
