Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup black urad dal (split)
  • 2 onions - cut into thin and straight
  • 2 tomatoes - finely chopped
  • 3 green chillies - finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch ginger - tighten
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves Finely chopped salt - 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp celery
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • asafetida - a pinch
  • 1/4 cup coriander - finely chopped

Instructions

To make Amritsari arid dal formula, first wash the urad dal 3 to 4 times and soak it in aqua for 30 moments.
