Ingredients
1/2 cup black urad dal (split)
2 onions - cut into thin and straight
2 tomatoes - finely chopped
3 green chillies - finely chopped
1/2 inch ginger - tighten
1/2 cup coriander leaves Finely chopped salt - 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp celery
1/2 Teaspoon cumin
asafetida - a pinch
1/4 cup coriander - finely chopped
Instructions

To make Amritsari arid dal formula, first wash the urad dal 3 to 4 times and soak it in aqua for 30 moments.
