  • 2 Lbs New Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Puree
  • Boiled Water
  • To taste Salt

Combine garlic, chile pepper, cumin, paprika, black pepper, cayenne, and seasoning in a mortar; grind with a pestle until it forms a paste.
