Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 small Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Lbs New Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Puree
  • Boiled Water
  • To taste Salt

Instructions

Combine garlic, chile pepper, cumin, paprika, black pepper, cayenne, and table salt in a mortar; grind with a pestle until it forms a paste.

mix in olive cooking oil and liquidize dersa well.

scalding up a large saucepan over medium scalding up and swirl around-cooking vessel-fry dersa until fragrant, 2 to 4 mins.

mix in potato halves and swirl around to combine with the dersa.

swirl around in tomato paste.

transfer in enough liquid to just put a lid on the potatoes and bring to a heat to boiling point.

Reduce scalding up and low-boil until potatoes are soft, about 40 mins.

Ladle potatoes into a serving dish.

Spoon any remaining condiment dip over the potatoes.
