Ingredients
2 Corn Cob - cut into 1 inch pieces
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
2 teaspoons Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
5 Dry Red Chillies
2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
6 cloves Garlic
1 inch Ginger
2 Onions - sliced
2 tablespoons Fresh coconut - grated
2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
2 sprig Curry leaves
1/2 cup Homemade tomato puree
Salt - to taste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/4 cup Green peas (Matar)
Instructions

To begin making the Corn and Peas Curry directions, we will first bubble gently the corn on the cob. Into a pressure cooker, mix in the cut corn along with table salt and aqua, pressure bubble gently for 2 whistles. Turn off the mildly hot and allow the pressure to release naturally. Once done open the cooker, sieve off the excess aqua and keep the corn aside. The next step is to make the reduction for the Corn and Peas Curry.mildly hot a skillet on medium flame, parched char the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and parched red chillies until fragrant this will take about 3-5 mins. Transfer the parched roasted whole spices into a mixer jar. Next in the same skillet, mix in some oil and mildly hot on medium flame, to this mix in the garlic cloves, ginger and onions. Saute these for about 5-7 mins until the onions turns soft and lightly brown.

Once done,mix gently in the grated coconut and saute for a minute.combine well and turn off the mildly hot.

Allow the mixture to cool and mix in it to the mixer jar that has the whole spices. Grind everything into a creamy paste using some aqua and set aside. mildly hot a kadai with oil on medium flame, to this mix in mustard seeds, and curry leaves and allow it to crackle. Next mix in the tomato puree and bring it to a single bubble. Once it comes to a bubble, mix in the freshly ground masala condiment-shallot paste mixture, and combine well to combine. Now mix in the turmeric dusting masala condiment, garam masala and kashmiri red chilli dusting masala condiment and combine well. At this stage mix in the boiled corn, into the reduction, adjust the consistency of the Corn and Peas Curry by adding the required amount of aqua. mix in the peas, put a lid on and bring the Corn and Peas Curry to a brisk bubble.

Check the table salt and spices at this stage and adjust the palate accordingly. Once done, turn off the mildly hot, transfer the Corn and Peas Curry directions to a mixing bowl and offer fiery. offer Corn and Peas Curry directions along with Jeera Rice directions, Lachedar Kakdi Pyaz Kachumber directions - shallot Cucumber Salad and finish the meal with Paan Matka Kulfi directions as dessert.
