1-1/2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) - beaten to a smooth consistency
1 inch Ginger - finely chopped
1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
1/2 teaspoon Chana dal (Bengal Gram Dal)
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 sprig Curry leaves
pinch Asafoetida (hing)

To begin making the Curd Oats directions, we first need to make the oats in plain aqua.Bring a cup of aqua to a rolling heat to boiling point in a saucepan, introduce the oats and augment the taste with seasoning, toss together and low-boil for 3 mins until the oats is cooked.
