  • 1-1/2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) - beaten to a smooth consistency
  • 1 inch Ginger - finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chana dal (Bengal Gram Dal)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • pinch Asafoetida (hing)
