Ingredients
10-12 बटन मशरुम - धोकर काटे ले
100 ग्राम्स पनीर - आधे को छोटे टुकड़ो मैं काटले और आधे को चूर ले
1 छोटी चमच्च शाही जीरा
3 बड़ा चमच्च घी
1 प्याज - बारीक कटा हुआ
2 टमाटर - बारीक कटा हुआ
2 छोटी चमच्च अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1/2 छोटी चमच्च जीरा पाउडर
1/2 छोटी चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
1 छोटी चमच्च गरम मसाला पाउडर
1/2 छोटी चमच्च हल्दि
1/2 छोटी चमच्च लाल मिर्च
2 बड़ा चमचच काजू - पीसा हुआ
नमक - स्वादनुसार
चुटकी शक्कर
हरा धनिया - गार्निश के लिए
Instructions

To make Dhingri Dolma, firstly bring to temperature ghee in a skillet.

transfer in cumin seeds and let it crackle.

Now transfer in ginger garlic paste and shallot and stew till the shallot turns light brown.

Now transfer in tomatoes and stew till it becomes soft.

transfer in all the spices and mix gently well.

Now transfer in mushrooms and stew for 1 to 2 mins.

Now mix gently both the paneer pieces and the crushed paneer.

Make Ghadi broth by adding table salt, granulated sugar, cashew paste and some liquid.

stew for 1-2 mins.

After this, turn off the gas.

Dhingari dolma is now ready to offer, offer it for dinner or lunch with naan, tandoori roti or chapati.
