Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken - chopped to cubes with bone
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic - minced
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger - grated
  • 3 Green Chillies - chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice - (and 1 teaspoon more)
  • 12 Curry leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Sunflower Oil - to cook
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons Whole Black Peppercorns - freshly crushed
  • 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped

Instructions

To begin making Andhra Pepper Chicken method, take a big dish and steep the chicken pieces with turmeric dusting masala condiment, ginger garlic paste,  table salt and lemon extract, toss together and keep refrigerated for 30 moments.toasty cooking oil in a deep frying pot, once the cooking oil is burning, temper the cooking oil with cinnamon stick, cloves and 3/4 portion of curry leaves and saute it for about 30 seconds.After 30 seconds, toss in the minced onions and saute till they turn golden and start to caramelize.Once the onions are starting to brown, immediately toss in minced green chillies and marinated chicken, saute for about 2 moments. toss in coriander dusting masala condiment and crushed pepper, toss together well and make on low flame until the curry comes together from sides of the pot.

Stirring, intermittently scatter moisture as and when required.

This will take about 4 to 5 moments.toss in about 1/4 cup moisture, once moisture starts boiling, reduce the toasty and put a lid on.

make until the chicken is soft and cooked.

Once the chicken is soft cooked, open the lid and mix gently on medium toasty till the moisture evaporates .scatter minced 3/4 cup of coriander and make for 2 moments.Before serving accentuate with 1 teaspoon crushed pepper, 1 teaspoon lemon extract and remaining coriander leaves.present Andhra Pepper Chicken method along with Tawa Paratha method, steamed rice and Andhra Style Pappu Charu method (Lentil chowder Style Curry) for lunch.
