4 Green Chillies
1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
2 Dry Red Chilli
Asafoetida (hing) - A pinch
Sunflower Oil - for tempering
Salt - as per taste

To begin making the Andhra Style Usirikaya Pachadi directions, wash the amla in running aqua and place them in a pressure cooker.introduce aqua and bring to a low-boil the amlas till soft or till the cooker release 2 whistles.

Once cooled, remove the seeds from them.introduce the boiled amla, table salt, green chillies & a pinch of asafoetida in the blender and pulse until even.Take some cooking oil for tempering in a cooking vessel, introduce mustard seeds to till.
