Ingredients

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/4 cup Lukewarm Water
  • 1/3 cup Sunflower Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Butter - melted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon Milk Powder - optional
  • 4 teaspoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds) - white
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 3 to 4 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder - optional
  • Few Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
  • Few Curry leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

oven-cook the nippattu for about 15 to 20 moments at 170 degree Celsius.
