Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice - cooked
  • 10 small onions - finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger - grated Powder
  • 1 green coriander - a little
  • oil - as per use
  • 1 tablespoon ghee - and sesame oil
  • salt - as per taste

Instructions

To make carrot casserole, first bring to temperature coat in a cooking vessel.

mix in mustard seeds and let it make for 15 seconds.

Now mix in shallot and ginger and let it make till the shallot becomes soft.

Now mix in carrots, table salt and let it make till the carrots become soft.

After preparing, mix in curry leaves, sambar ground mix, cardamom ground mix, table salt and liquidize it.

After 1 minute mix in rice and liquidize.

Now mix in green coriander, a tablespoon of ghee and liquidize well.
