Preheat a griddle on medium bring to temperature and coat with ghee. Roll out small, mini kulchas, which are not too thick, and place them on a scalding griddle. Lightly make on both sides until 80% done and the colour of kulchas is faintly brown in colour. Remove from the griddle and set aside. To assemble the Cheesy Kulcha Sandwich procedure With Ghee bake MushroomsOn a countertop, place one kulchas on the surface, scatter some cheddar, about a tablespoon or two of the mushroom ghee bake and some more cheddar over this. Close with another mini kulcha to make a Kulcha Sandwich.Preheat a char-broil sandwich press.
