2 Apples - diced
1 Red Yellow or Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - finely chopped
1 tablespoon Cashew nuts
1 tablespoon Raisins
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 inch Ginger
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Sunflower Oil - as required
Water - as needed
Salt - as needed
Instructions

To prepare Chinese Vegetarian Fried Rice With Apples method, soak basmati rice for 25-30 moments.
