  • 16 ounces Silken Tofu
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Chinese Sesame Sauce
  • 1 sliced Scallions
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seed

Instructions

Prepare the tofu: empty out the tofu and gently remove it from its packaging onto a large plate.

Carefully cut the tofu into 1/2-inch slabs widthwise.

With the palm of your hands, gently push the sliced tofu sidewise so that they fan out over the plate.

finish off with toppings and dish up: stream in gently the soy gravy and sesame gravy on top.

Then finish off it with scallions and sesame seeds, and dish up.

Tightly wrap leftovers and chill for up to 2 days.
