  • 1 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
  • 2 Cloves (Laung)
  • 1 Star anise
  • ½ inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
  • 1 Green Chilli - slit
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 4 Whole Black Peppercorns
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
  • 2 cups Water
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions
