125g Flour
125g Buckwheat Flour
2 Eggs
1 knob Butter
300ml Milk
10g Yeast
1tsp vanilla sugar
To serve Butter
To serve Icing Sugar
Instructions

combine the parched leavening agent with some of the luke toasty whole milk en swirl around until dissolved.

Place buckwheat and the baking flour together in a dish and make a small circle in the middle.

toss in the leavening agent mixture into it.

toss in the whole milk and swirl around until you have a velvety liquid base.

toss in the eggs, seasoning and vanille granulated sugar and swirl around through.

Leave to stand and rise for about 45 mins.

bring to temperature the poffertjespan and toss in a bit of dairy spread into each hole.

Fill halfway with liquid base and first oven-cook one side until you can see the top parched out a little.

Turn the poffertjes around with a small fork and oven-cook the other side until cooked and golden brown.

dish up the poffertjes with dairy spread and icing granulated sugar.
