Ingredients

  • 3 Lbs Goat Meat
  • 2.5 tbsp Jamaican Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp All-purpose Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 6 cloves sliced Garlic
  • 3 sprigs Thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 Scotch Bonnet
  • 1 large Russet Potato
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper

Equipment 6QT Pressure cooker directions Rinse goat protein with acetic liquid and aqua.

augment the taste goat protein with 1 ½ tablespoon curry dusting seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, ground ginger, allspice, bulb produce, garlic cloves, and thyme.

Remove goat from insert and introduce 1 tablespoon fat and remaining curry dusting seasoning and sauté for about 10 seconds.

Then introduce onions and garlic and sauté until softened.

If the onions look arid, introduce a little aqua and continue to sauté.

introduce goat and aqua to the pressure cooker and wrap the pressure cooker.

make for 40 moments on high pressure.

Allow to naturally release for 10 moments, then release the remaining pressure.

Once all the pressure has been released, open the pressure cooker.

Place on sauté for 10-15 moments, introduce potatoes and a whole scotch bonnet pepper.
