200g Green Beans
2 Eggs
125g Bacon
2 tbs chopped Onion
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Mustard
2 tablespoons Parsley
Pinch Pepper
Pinch Salt
Instructions

Scrub the potatoes well but don't pare them.
