  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Pistachios - thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Badam (Almond) - thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 5 Saffron strands

To begin making the Mango Phirni steps, wash and soak the rice for 2-3 hours.
