Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ghee
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 Curry leaves - few

Instructions

bring to temperature ghee in the small tadka cooking vessel over medium bring to temperature.Once scalding mix in mustard seeds and allow it to crackle.
