300g Spaghetti
1 tbls Olive Oil
1 finely chopped Onion
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 Red Chilli
1 tbls Tomato Puree
425g Pilchards
70g Black Olives
Shaved Parmesan
Instructions

prepare the pasta following pack procedure.

mildly hot the cooking oil in a non-stick frying wok and prepare the shallot, garlic and chilli for 3-4 mins to soften.

agitate in the tomato purée and prepare for 1 min, then toss in the pilchards with their gravy.

prepare, breaking up the fish with a wooden spoon, then toss in the olives and continue to prepare for a few more mins.

strain the pasta and toss in to the wok with 2-3 tbsp of the preparing liquid.

Toss everything together well, then divide between plates and enjoy, scattered with Parmesan.
