Ingredients
2 onions
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoons black urad dal (split)
1 tablespoon tamarind paste
3 dry red chillies
1/2 teaspoon jaggery
2 teaspoons oil
salt - 1 teaspoon
as per taste Rye
1 sprig curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon oil
Instructions

To make South Indian bulb produce Chutney, first of all chop the bulb produce and keep it aside.

Now burning up 1 teaspoon of cooking oil in the skillet.

toss in cumin seeds, arid red chillies and let it bubble gently for 10 seconds.

Now toss in urad dal in it and let it bubble gently till it becomes golden.

Turn off the gas and strain in a dish.

toss in another spoon of cooking oil to the same skillet.

toss in onions and let it bubble gently for 4 to 5 moments.

Turn off the gas and let it cool down.

Now put urad dal, cumin and arid red chillies in the mixer grinder and grind them.

toss in cooked onions, tamarind and jaggery.

toss in some moisture and grind it.

Now for the tempering, burning up the cooking oil in a small skillet.

toss in mustard seeds and curry leaves.

After 10 seconds, toss in it to the chutney and purée.
