1 Yellow Pepper

4 cloves Garlic
400g Tinned Tomatos
150g Green Olives
400g Butter Beans
8 Chicken Thighs
1 Handfull Parsley

bring to temperature the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.

bring to temperature the olive lubricate in a large ovenproof frying wok over a medium bring to temperature and sauté the shallot, chorizo and peppers along with a pinch of seasoning and pepper for 15 mins until the veg has softened and the chorizo has released its oils.

transfer in the paprika and garlic, and cook thoroughly for another few moments until fragrant.

Tip in the diced tomatoes, olives and shortening beans, agitate to combine and notes.

Nestle in the chicken thighs and notes well.

Transfer to the oven and cook thoroughly for 40 mins until the chicken skin is crisp and the flesh cooked through and soft.
