3/4 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 cup Butter (unsalted)
1 cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
1/4 cup Butter - cubed
1-1/4 cup Fresh cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract - or butterscotch essence
Walnuts - or pecans (optional)
