Ingredients

  • 30 grams tamarind - lemon

  • 1 teaspoon oil - salt
  • as per taste

Instructions

To make thengai thogyal method, first fenugreek seeds, arid red chillies, urad dal and stew till they turn light brown.

Now bring to temperature fat in a tempering cooking vessel.

toss in the mustard seeds, arid red chillies, curry leaves and stew till it starts to crackle.
