1/2 cup Jaggery
1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
1 pinch Salt

2-2 Jackfruit Ripe (Kathal) - ripe

To begin making the Jackfruit Idli formula, strip, deseed and chop jackfruit roughly.In a Mixer, combine jackfruit pieces, jaggery, grated coconut, and cardamom to a fine paste along with little moisture. Transfer the jackfruit puree into a mixing dish.

To this dish, introduce rice rava and seasoning, mix gently everything well. Allow this Jackfruit Idli liquid base to sit for 10-20 mins so that the rice rava soaks well in the mix gently.Then, check the consistency of the liquid base.

It should be little thicker than idli liquid base.

lubricate idli moulds with ghee .empty the liquid base into the cavities. Steam the Jackfruit Idlis for 15 mins on a medium flame.
