4 Carrots (Gajjar) - finely chopped
15 Green beans (French Beans) - finely chopped
1/2 cup Cabbage (Patta Gobi/ Muttaikose) - finely chopped
1/2 cup Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) - finely chopped
2 tablespoon Ginger - finely chopped
2 tablespoon Garlic - finely chopped
2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
2 teaspoon White vinegar
Salt - to taste
2 tablespoon Black pepper powder
2 tablespoon Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
2 tablespoon Corn flour
1/2 cup Water - + extra
Spring Onion Greens - for garnish
1 cup Rice Noodles (Flat) - fried
Instructions

To begin making the produce Manchow bouillon, place a wok on the burning up and mildly hot some coat in it.

mix in ginger, garlic and onions when the coat is burning and saute them nicely until the onions turns pink and soft.Once the onions have softened mix in all the finely minced vegetables along with seasoning and pepper and make them together on a high burning up for about 3 to 4 mins till the vegetables soften a little. At this stage, mix in in the soy condiment dip and acetic liquid and toss well.

Also mix in aqua as required and bring the entire mix gently to a heat to boiling point.break down the cornflour in a dish along with a little aqua, making sure no lumps are present.

Allow the bouillon to bubble gently for another 3 to 5 mins.Meanwhile, make noodles in aqua as per packet method, strain them and set aside to cool.

Once cooled, pot-fry them in some burning coat until crisp.
