To begin making the Vegetarian Sago Dumpling procedure, first soak sago/tapioca pearls in 1/2 cup of scalding aqua till the sago turns translucent.

Place 1 teaspoon of the greens filling in the center, then close the flattened disc carefully and shape into a round ball.Keep the ball on a lightly greased plate.

Repeat the process with the remaining pastry mix and the filling. Now ready the steamer for culinary preparation these balls.Before placing the balls in the steamer, brush the steamer plate with fat.

Steam them for 15 mins or till the sago becomes soft and transparent.

The time required for steaming might vary upon the thickness of the wrapping.Meanwhile, prepare the garlic fat by heating fat in a tadka skillet and empty in crushed garlic to it.

Saute the garlic until brown and turn off the toasty.

Remove the garlic from the fat.

The garlic fat is ready.Remove the Vegetarian Sago Dumpling from the steamer once the tapioca covering is soft and translucent by dipping a spoon into the fat in order to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the spoon.Brush each dumpling with garlic fat.
