200 grams Button mushrooms
100 grams Walnuts
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic - finely chopped
2 Onions - finely chopped
1 Tomato - finely chopped
3/4 cup Homemade tomato puree
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Sweet and Spicy Red Chilli Sauce (Tomato Chilli Sauce)
1/4 teaspoon Habenaro sauce
2 teaspoon Mixed Herbs (Dried)
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

To begin making the Walnut & Mushroom Veg Bolognese method we will begin by washing and cutting the mushroom into quarters. toasty a kadai with olive cooking oil on medium flame, to the burning cooking oil, toss in the garlic and onions, saute for a couple of mins, until transparent. Next toss in in the fine finely sliced tomatoes, lid and prepare until mushy. Using a potato masher, mash the onions and tomatoes, now toss in the tomato puree and prepare for about 3-4 mins or until the raw smell goes away. Into the bulb produce-tomato mixture in the kadai, toss in the cut mushrooms and prepare on high flame. Once the mushrooms are cooked, toss in some seasoning, apple cider acetic liquid, pepper, granulated sugar, red chilli condiment dip, habanero condiment dip, cumin dusting masala condiment and give it a good toss together.
