  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 clove peeled crushed Garlic
  • 400g Chickpeas
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • Handful Parsley
  • 1 beaten Egg

Instructions

step 1 mildly hot 1 tbsp oil in a large pot, then sauté the bulb produce and garlic over a low mildly hot for 5 mins until softened.

mildly hot the remaining oil in the pot, then sauté the falafels on a medium mildly hot for 3 mins on each side, until golden brown and firm.
