5 Tomatoes
2 inch Ginger - Grated
2 Green Chillies
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder - Baked
Salt - As per taste
oil - Green coriander - Finely chopped according to use

To make Aloo Paneer Curry, firstly grind tomatoes, ginger and green chillies in a blender.

scalding up the fat in a pressure cooker and introduce grated ginger to it.

introduce tomato puree to it and prepare for at least 10 moments.

Now introduce red chili dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment and table salt.

introduce potatoes and prepare for 2 moments.

After 2 moments introduce 2 cups of liquid and roasted cumin seeds.

Close the cooker and prepare till one city comes.

After coming to a city, turn off the gas and let the pressure strain.

introduce pieces of pannaer, prepare for 2 moments and top with green coriander.
