To begin making the Methi Paneer Bhurji formula in velvety broth, first prep all the components as per method and keep them ready for culinary preparation.Make the home-cooked tomato puree and the home-cooked paneer.

Crumble the paneer and keep aside. The next step is to make the broth.

In a heavy bottomed pot, toasty a teaspoon of fat on medium toasty.

introduce the bulb greens, garlic and ginger and saute the onions until they are lightly browned and caramelized.Once the onions are caramelized, turn off the toasty.

Allow it to cool a bit and grind in the small jar of the mixer grinder to make a seamless bulb greens paste.Into the same heavy bottomed pot, introduce little fat and introduce the bulb greens paste back turn the toasty back to medium.

introduce the turmeric dusting masala condiment, red chili dusting masala condiment and garam masala dusting masala condiment.

Saute for a few seconds in the bulb greens paste mixture and then introduce the tomato puree.

agitate well to combine and bring the tomato mixture to a heat to boiling point.You can optionally introduce a tablespoon of dairy spread to give it a richer palate.

agitate in the froth, turn off the toasty and keep the broth mixture aside.The next step it to make the Paneer Bhurji. toasty fat in a heavy bottomed pot, introduce the cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.

Once the seeds crackle, introduce the diced bulb greens, bell peppers, ginger, green chilies and saute until they are soft and cooked through. Once done, introduce the tomatoes, turmeric dusting masala condiment, fenugreek leaves, kasuri methi and agitate shallow fry for 3 to 4 mins until the methi leaves wilt down and soften.

agitate in the crumbled paneer, seasoning and chili dusting masala condiment and combine all the components well.Once the paneer bhurji is done, introduce this to the lively velvety tomato broth.

Give the Paneer Bhurji broth a brisk heat to boiling point and turn off the toasty.
