Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed fruits - cubed to bite size (I used pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) - whisked
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 2 teaspoon Jaggery
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - as required
  • 1/4 cup Fresh coconut - grated
  • 2 Green Chillies - roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 Dry Red Chilli - broken
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves

Instructions

To prepare Fruit Pachadi formula, take a paste of coconut, green chillies and mustard seeds in a blender using a little moisture.

Keep it aside.scalding up a skillet and toss in minced fruits and two tablespoons of moisture.

bubble gently on bubble gently for about 5 moments or until fruits are softened.toss in turmeric ground mix, seasoning and granulated sugar or jaggery.

swirl around and toss in the coconut paste.bubble gently for a few moments more until the moisture is absorbed.

Remove fruit pachadi from scalding up and toss in whisked yogurt.scalding up cooking oil in a skillet and toss in mustard seeds, dehydrated red chillies and curry leaves.

Saute for a minute.

transfer the tempering over the fruit pachadi.

keep cold until served.dish up Fruit Pachadi formula with Fried Samvat Rice formula or with Amritsari Ajwaini Paneer formula with scalding Phulkas.
