  • 10 Kokum (Malabar Tamarind)
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 1/4 inch Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1 Green Chilli - slit and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
