Ingredients
1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 cup Gram flour (besan)
1-1/2 tablespoon Rice flour
1/2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1 teaspoon Ginger - grated
3 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1 sprig Curry leaves - roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
Salt - to taste
1 tablespoon Fresh coconut - few small pieces
1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
Sunflower Oil - for deep frying

To begin making the Goli Baje method, incorporate all-purpose ground mix, chickpea ground mix, rice ground mix, yogurt, table salt and sufficient moisture and make a thick mixture.lid it and keep aside for fermentation for about 2 to 3 hours.Once the mixture is fermented toss in grated ginger, finely sliced green chillies, curry leaves, baking ground mix, coconut, and asafoetida to it.

Do not overcrowd the coat in kadai.shallow fry on a medium flame until they turn golden brown in colour on all sides.Once done strain on an coat absorbent paper and enjoy.enjoy Goli Baje along with Coriander Coconut Chutney and scalding Filter Coffee for the evening snack or when you have guests at home.
