1 clove peeled crushed Garlic
Juice of 1 Lemon
Handful Coriander
Handful Parsley

Instructions

Brush each aubergine carve with some cooking oil, then essence.

bring to temperature a griddle wok or barbecue.

When scalding, griddle the aubergine slices for 2-3 mins on each side until golden brown and yielding.
