3 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
1-1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
3/4 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
1/4 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
3/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Salt - to taste
